A free return label accompanies the original package, and authorized returns travel by mail. No restocking fee is charged. Do not dispatch a return without authorization; exchanges can be arranged only when the required inventory is available.
Our return and exchange process covers defective as well as non-defective goods. Examples include a change of mind, a personal preference issue or a wrong selection, alongside damaged, defective, incorrectly sent, missing or materially misdescribed merchandise. Submit the request within 30 days of delivery. Goods are eligible only when new, unused and in original condition, preserving original packaging, tags and all included accessories.
Send the order number, checkout email and an explanation when applying. We may request item and packaging photographs or video for damage, defects, a wrong shipment or missing pieces. Once a refund has approval, processing takes no more than 10 days and the money is returned to the original payment method.
