How long does delivery take and is it free?

Orders usually take approximately 1–2 business days to process; transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–5 business days. Times are not guarantees, and checkout determines shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility.

May I change my mind or request an exchange?

We accept defective and non-defective returns plus exchanges, including a change of mind, personal preference or a wrong product choice. Requests have a 30 days after delivery limit. Eligibility requires new, unused goods in original condition, retaining original packaging, tags and accessories.

What is the return procedure?

Apply with the order number, checkout email and an explanation, then await authorization before sending the return by mail. The package contains a free return label and there is no restocking fee. Inventory determines whether an exchange can be fulfilled.

What if something arrived damaged or wrong?

Damage, defects, missing pieces, an incorrect delivery or a material description mismatch can be handled through return or exchange. Share item-and-packaging photos or video if requested.

How quickly are refunds handled?

After approval, refund processing takes up to 10 days and returns funds to the original payment method.
